Grace Collier is recognised as one of Australia’s leading industrial relations experts. With an early background in the Union movement, Ms Collier gained the knowledge to deliver practical and sound results for the business community. Grace has more than 18 years experience in the field of Industrial Relations, specialising in agreement making and dismissal management.
Grace is public speaker and commentator on Industrial Relations issues. Her opinion pieces regularly appear in various publications including the The Australian, The Australian Financial Review, The Sydney Morning Herald and The IPA Review. Grace is a contributing author to ’The Greens, Policies, Reality and Consequences’ and ’Right Social Justice, better ways to help the poor’, both by Connor Court Publishing.
With the introduction of the Fair Work Act in 2009, the number of applications for unfair dismissal increased significantly. A need in the market for a specialist provider to assist businesses in correctly managing the risks associated with the employment separation event emerged.
